Black Hitler?

How did I discover the existence of a black Hitler?

This is how.

Two days ago, I was writing practice email copywriting in the skydiving niche and after looking at these companies I stumbled upon a Namibian company.

This triggered my brain’s “chain of association” mechanism and then, you know…

I Googled the distance between my home (in South Africa) to Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia.

I then Googled the exchange rate.

Then the indigenous tribes…

The Herero and Namib people.

Then I stumbled upon click-baity looking headlines on a website and that’s when I saw it: a picture of a (grumpy-looking) Namibian municipal councilor named Adolf Hitler Uunona.

Apparently he was annoyed by reporters and people wanting to know why he was named that.

I want to know too.

Imagine your parents naming you that?

That’s crazy.

Anyway, what’s this got to do with anything?

Nothing.

That’s the writing idea I had in my little idea bank document.

My standard is just write every morning whether I post it or not doesn’t matter.

Until next time!
